I've had a deep connection to photography from my childhood in Southern California and throughout my career as a Paris-based photographer, because I was, and remain, fascinated by light. My abstract works are an exploration of color, light, layers, surfaces, and control of energy and reactions, created in-camera. They are not created as computer art or with chemical processes. They are not photograms. Driven forward by this process, I continue to be curious about the mystery of the "next", always something new.
